At Rubbermaid Commercial, we stand behind the durability and quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original shipping containers, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered or removed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
